If you decide you no longer want your Mushroomery you have 14 days from the date of purchase to return it to us. 

if 14 days have lapsed since you purchase, we unfortunately can not offer you a refund or exchange.

to be eligible for return, your item must be in the original packaging and in the same condition you received it.

Refund (if applicable)

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you by email that we received your item. If we approve your refund it will be processed and a credit will automatically be made to the original method of payment within 7 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

if you haven’t received a refund yet, First check your bank account or contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you have still not received your refund please contact us at info@mushroomery.co.uk

Faulty Mushroomery’s

We offer a grow guarantee for all our Mushroomery’s so if you have any problems with your Mushroomery please first send us an email info@mushroomery.co.uk with a photo for advice. If your Mushroomery is faulty, we will send you a new one free of charge or offer you a full refund.
